​​April 26, 2023 Rent Cheque starts its 3rd incarnation.  The 2nd revival.  

Fates have brought us this time to The Cobalt. 917 Main Street.

$10 at the door.

$5 for community members in need.$500 1st prize / $200 2nd prize / $100 3rd prize.

Event Details:

NO PHOTOS ALLOWED EXCEPT BY OUR HIRED PHOTOG.  

There will be a selfie corner near the front entry set up for people who wanna take their own pics of them and their friends but Zilch/Nada/ NO pics in the bar- not even the crowd.

Schedule: 

8pm: Doors / setting up / drinks available / a good time to get stamps and grab a snack in the vicinity. 

9pm-10/10:30pm: Music / drinks / meeting your people / meeting new people /performers showing up and checking-in.

10:45-1am: A pro dancer or performer as an opener / an incredible MC with you the whole of the journey / an amateur strip competition that will go many wonderful and unexpected places (possibly change your life) / mingling with friends you haven’t seen in awhile / meeting new people you probably wouldn’t meet at other parties /  talking to your crushes, checking out cuties, etc etc. 

3 finalists are chosen by crowd reaction.

1 winner is decided by crowd applause with a decibel meter.
